Workplace harassment based on legally protected characteristics like gender, race, religion, age, disability, or sexual orientation is unlawful discrimination. As part of the DGA’s mission to providing a safe and inclusive work environment for members, we’ve partnered with the Hollywood Commission to offer members access to their new MyConnext Reporting Tool.

This secure online platform empowers individuals to explore available resources, understand their rights, and report workplace misconduct conveniently and privately. Powered by Pluto 5000’s advanced encryption technology ensuring maximum privacy, MyConnext allows individuals to explore available resources and reporting options confidentially.

If you have experienced or witnessed instances of harassment, discrimination, or abuse in the workplace, the MyConnext Tool can help you understand your rights and decide on the appropriate next steps. Whether you need guidance on conduct policies or want to file a formal complaint, this one-stop solution provides a safe space to get the support you need.

MyConnext connects you with administrators who are trained to meet you where you are and will assist you in:

  • Two-way anonymous messaging as a secure way to ask questions in a safe, pressure-free space and help you explore your reporting options before making a decision.
  • An option for creating a time-stamped record of your experience if you’re not sure or not ready to file an official report.
  • An option that creates a streamlined path to securely report concerns if you are ready to file an official report.
  • A Hold for a Match option that stores your report and not release it unless another member of your organization reports the same person.
  • And more...
