On May 21, more than 40 members from several southern states took advantage of an opportunity to network with their peers, meet DGA Eastern Executive Director Neil J. Dudich and Senior Field Representative Bart Daudelin, and hear what the Guild is doing to protect and extend their creative and economic rights during a DGA membership meeting in Atlanta, Georgia.
The meeting was part of the Guild’s ongoing efforts to serve members residing outside Los Angeles and New York. Dudich and Daudelin reported on the current state of the Guild and its activities. The attendees were asked to contribute to the discussion during an open forum section where questions were answered and comments welcomed.
The meeting was preceded by a new member orientation led by Dudich and Daudelin with participation by members Veronica Hodge-Hampton, Jason Inman and Yor-El Francis. The orientationwas attended by nearly a dozen members eager to learn more about their Guild.
