In Anthony and Joe Russo’s follow-up to their international megahit Avengers: Infinity War, we find our super-powered protagonists still struggling to come to grips with what just happened. When an opportunity presents itself to undo the devastation wrought by Thanos, the remaining Avengers and their allies assemble once more to try to restore order to the universe.
The Russo Brothers discussed bringing the popular franchise to its close in a conversation moderated by Director Todd Holland following the DGA membership screening in Los Angeles on May 5. In addition to Avengers: Endgame and Avengers: Infinity War, their directing credits include the feature films Captain America: Civil War, Captain America: The Winter Soldier, You, Me and Dupree, Welcome to Collinwood and Pieces and the movies for television The Council of Dads and Courtroom K. They have been members of the DGA since 2001.
