Directors Guild of America President Martha Coolidge and Awards Chairperson Howard Storm today announced the DGA's nominees for Outstanding Directorial Achievement in Documentary for 2002. The winners will be announced at the 55th Annual DGA Awards Dinner on Saturday, March 1, 2003 at the Century Plaza Hotel in Los Angeles.
The nominees for the Directors Guild of America Award for Outstanding Directorial Achievement for Documentary for 2002 are (in alphabetical order):

This is Braverman's fourth DGA nomination. He received his first nomination in 1974 for David Hartman, Birth & Babies, and was nominated again in 2000 for High School Boot Camp, which won the DGA Award for Outstanding Directorial Achievement in Documentary. Braverman was nominated last year for Rocky and Rolanda.
