"The DGA is disappointed that the Supreme Court of the United States allowed the lawsuit against director Oliver Stone and the producers and distributors of Natural Born Killers to proceed. The Court's action will serve to stifle the voice of the creative community, but the DGA remains confident that the lawsuit itself will conclude by vindicating the First Amendment right of artists."
