The 2025-2026 DGA Commercial Rate Cards are now available online in the Contracts section.
The new rate card reflects a 3% wage increase for all DGA-covered positions (Directors, UPMs, and Assistant Directors) effective December 1, 2025. The new rates also include increases to our Heath & Pension percentages to remain in line with the rates in the Basic Agreement.
This was negotiated as part of the 2023 DGA National Commercial Agreement.
