On May 21, DGA members gathered in the Guild’s Los Angeles Theater complex for the Special Projects Committee event, The Craft of the Director: Christopher Nolan.
Following a reception, DGA President Paris Barclay welcomed the attendees to the evening with the three-time DGA Award-nominee who has been who has been acclaimed for his work as a director, writer and producer. Then in an in-depth conversation moderated by Special Projects Committee Chair Jeremy Kagan, Nolan discussed his directing process and his approach to the craft.
