A family crisis forces a highly competitive personnel recruiter to reexamine his life in Director Mark Williams’ new drama, A Family Man.
Williams’ film tells the story of an ambitious corporate professional who dreams of becoming the top dog at the job placement company where he works. When the opportunity of a lifetime surfaces he finally has a shot at his goal. But when his son is diagnosed with cancer at the same time, he is forced to reconsider his priorities.
Following the DGA membership screening in Los Angeles on August 8, Williams sat down with Director Bill Purple (The Book of Love) to discuss the making of A Family Man.
A Family Man is Williams’ directorial debut. He became a DGA member in 2015.
