A Conversation with Bobette Buster

On April 13, 2010, following their monthly meeting in the DGA's Los Angeles headquarters boardroom, the DGA Women's Steering Committee welcomed special guest, USC Adjunct Professor Bobette Buster who addressed them on story development in the discussion "Women Creating Their Vision Onscreen."

Buster is a world-renowned lecturer, screenwriter, script consultant and the creator of numerous international script development programs. She has also worked as a creative executive for Tony Scott, Larry Gelbart and Ray Stark, developed projects for Ridley Scott and HBO, and currently serves on the visiting faculty of Pixar University, as well as consulting for numerous production companies worldwide. Director Martha Cotton (Glory Girl) served as moderator of the discussion.
