On Thursday, December 10, 2009, DGA Fourth Vice President Gary Donatelli and DGA Eastern Directors Council member Laura Belsey presided over the awards ceremony for the winners of the 15th Annual DGA East Coast Student Filmmakers Awards. The prestigious award brings prizes of $2,500 to the winner in each of the respective categories.
