Los Angeles — The Directors Guild of America (DGA) announced today that the 79th Annual DGA Awards will take place on Saturday, January 30, 2027, at the Beverly Hilton.
The ceremony will commemorate the artistry and mastery of directorial craft in 2026, while also celebrating the collaborative teams that bring these visionary works to life. Further information, including the voting schedule and key deadlines, will be announced later this year.
The 78th Annual DGA Awards ceremony took place on February 7, 2026, at the Beverly Hilton Hotel, where Director Paul Thomas Anderson was honored with the Outstanding Directorial Achievement in Theatrical Film Award for his film One Battle After Another.
