Dear DGA Members,
The DGA's Negotiations Committee has confirmed that the Guild's negotiations with the AMPTP on the BA/FLTTA will begin on Monday, May 11.
As you know, the current contracts are set to expire on June 30.
The Guild enters this year’s negotiations against the backdrop of a rapidly changing industry. Declining production, the rise of AI, studio consolidation, and health care inflation are just some of the issues framing our negotiations. Under the leadership of our outstanding 70-person Negotiations Committee, Chief Negotiator Russell Hollander, and our world-class DGA Staff, we are laser-focused on fighting for your economic and creative rights at every level of the Guild.
Once again, we will fight for a great deal for all our members.
As we begin this process, we want to thank you once more for the trust you place in your Guild. For 90 years, the DGA has always put the interests of its members first. This tradition continues to this day. And we do not take this responsibility lightly.
