The WSC Squad program will provide frank guidance and discussions around the unique issues that female directors face to support and prepare WSC members as they seek to advance their directing careers. The WSC Squad believes this can only be done with true peer-to-peer support. The goal is to foster a community of directors with the tools and knowledge to lead all WSC members towards success together.

The WSC Squad Mentorship Program is co-chaired by Directors Maureen Bharoocha, Daniela De Carlo, and Amber Sealey. The WSC is co-chaired by Directors Maria Burton, Hanelle Culpepper and Liz Ryan.
