I thoroughly enjoy being an SF DGA UPM!   My philosophy of management is that ALL crew are respected for being experts in their field.  I've watched this approach consistently bring out the best in the crew and the best for the production.  The main reason I've always delivered my films on budget is because of the talent of my fellow crew members.  I look forward to working with like-minded Producers and Directors!
