Effective November 4, 2021, vaccinations will be required at the DGA Theater in Los Angeles. Per the California Department of Public Health, below are the acceptable options for providing proof of vaccination:

  • A CDC COVID-19 Vaccination Record Card; or
  • A photo of a vaccination card; or
  • Documentation of vaccination from a healthcare provider; or
  • A Digital COVID-19 Vaccine record (available at https://myvaccinerecord.cdph.ca.gov/)
