The 2002 Howard W. Koch Memorial DGA Golf Tournament will be held July 15 at the Wilshire Country Club in Los Angeles. All proceeds from the tournament will go to the Directors Guild Foundation.
In response to many requests, this year’s competition will be a Scramble Format in that every golfer will be playing the group’s "best" ball on every shot. Prizes will be awarded for the first, second and third place teams and individual prizes will be awarded for the "closest to the pin" and "longest drive." In addition there will be tournament raffle prizes including rounds of golf at some of the best golf courses in Los Angeles.
