As of October 1, 2005, the Chicago Coordinating Committee (CCC) elected new Co-chairs and a new slate of members for the next two years. DGA Director Member Jefrey Kos, a Director for director television station WLS-ABC and feature UPM Tom Busch were elected Co-Chairs of the Committee.
The newly elected CCC Members for the term of October 1, 2005 to September 30, 2007 are: DGA Director Members Ron Lichterman, Stanley Majka, Karen Prindle, Marc Shaykin, Gary Sherman, Cheryl Stutzke, Ron Weiner, Al Yellon; and DGA AD/UPMs Tom Busch, Valerie Bulinski and Jon Dombro. Continuing Members for the term of October 1, 2005 to September 30, 2006 are DGA Director Members Jefrey Kos, Peter Kimball, Rosie Cruz Weaver; DGA AD/UPMs James Giovannetti, Jr., Richard Lederer, Al Nolan-Cohn; and DGA AD/SM/PPAs Nadine Aloisio-Sorenson, Kathryn (Kat) Lisek, William Natale and Mark Williams.
The Chicago Coordinating Committee was formed in the mid 1960s to coordinate Guild activities in the Midwestern Area, including acting as liaison between members and the Guild, disseminating information, and promoting public awareness of the Guild. The CCC participates in a number of events during the year, in order to fulfill its goals of facilitating the exchange of ideas among members, maintaining contacts with other guilds and unions, and furthering professional opportunities for all Midwestern members.
The CCC meets monthly in the Wrigley Building's 410 Club, 410 N. Michigan Avenue, Chicago, IL.
