The UPM committee of the Eastern AD/UPM Council hosted an evening with Pat Swinney Kaufman, Deputy Commissioner of the Governor's Film Office for the state of New York.

At the November 1 event, Kaufman made a power point presentation on the recently passed Empire State Film Production Credit and Karin Grafstrom from Mayor Bloomberg's office presented a status report on the city's proposed tax credit.
