New DGA Rate Cards Available Online

In response to member and employer requests, the DGA has created a single source for all Guild minimum salary and rate information for the three-year period of the new Basic Agreement and FLTTA.

In the past, the Guild printed annual rate cards, which only covered that year’s rates. In addition, each card only covered a specific contract. The new 2005-2008 Minimum Salary Schedule includes minimum rates for all Guild categories working in film and television for the full three years of our current contract beginning July 1, 2005 and ending June 30, 2008. The expanded format has also enabled us to add significantly more information (including low-budget film minimums and super-sized television episode minimums) and we were able to print the booklet in larger, easier to read type. The Guild’s Commercial Agreement is in negotiations currently and that information will be published as an addendum after those negotiations have concluded.

We hope that the new format better serves the needs of our members and employers. If you have questions regarding the booklet, DGA contracts or the rates listed, please call us at 310-289-2010 (Los Angeles) or 212-258-0808 (New York.) The 2005-2008 DGA Rate Cards are available online as PDFs formatted for printing. If you would like to download a copy, click the “DGA Rate Cards” link on the homepage, or visit the Contracts section of www.dga.org.
