DGA Magazine VOL 28-3: September 2003

The Monday, July 9, DGA Latino Committee event featured a special screening of Ichaso’s film El Cantante, the true story of Hector Lavoe who started the salsa movement in 1975 and brought it to the United States. Following the screening, Ichaso engaged moderator Ricardo Méndez Matta in discussion about the making of the film.
