DGA Magazine VOL 28-3: September 2003

For the past few years, the DGA has been working on a significant infrastructure project to integrate all of the Guild’s information systems and databases in order to better serve the membership. The Guild has now begun implementing these new systems. One of the benefits is that you will be able to review and update all your contact information at one time.

The new DGA Directory of Members update forms contain a summary of all contact information that the Guild has on file for you. This form will allow you to review where Guild mailings and information are being sent and to change that information. For example, you may want your residuals checks sent to your business manager, but receive your DGA Monthly and DGA Quarterly at home.

Confidentiality is of paramount importance to the Guild. All contact information you provide the DGA is assumed confidential and for Guild business use only, except for information you explicitly indicate should be made available to employers, other members, press and the general public through the print and online DGA Membership Directory. Other than your name and DGA category, you determine how much or how little information you want made accessible in the Directory.

When you receive the new form, please take the time to carefully review the information the Guild has on file for you. The 2007 Directory of Members will be mailed in April.

To ensure that your new information is included, you will need to have this form faxed or mailed back to the DGA by Friday, March 16, 2007.

If you have not received your form by this time or have other questions please contact Jackie Lam in the DGA Communications Department at 310-289-5333.
