Cannes Man

A mockumentary about legendary fictional producer Sy Lerner and the story of the making of the film "Con Man." Shot during the Cannes Film Festival, Sy makes a bet he can take any kid off the Croisette and turn him into a superstar using the language of the fest; hype. He transforms cab driver Frank Rhino into the 'hottest writer since Hemingway.' Celebrities line up to direct or appear in his non-existent script.
