At first glance, it appeared that Chance, Michael and Lauren had it all. They had successful careers, financial security and each other's friendship. In reality they shared far too many painful secrets. The tragic death of Chance's wife sends him over the edge and he slowly loses his grip on reality. In his grief-stricken mind, Chance decides that Lauren is the one woman to fill the void in his heart. The world of Lauren and Michael becomes a nightmare as Chance becomes a psychotic killer.
