The DGA Producer Pension and Health plan web pages have been updated. This redesign reflects the changes to the Pension and Health plans announced in May 2003 and will help members more effectively navigate the site for pension and health information via quicklinks.

We have also redesigned the Forms page with brief descriptions of the posted PDF forms and booklets that are available for downloading. The multi-page PDFs are also book-marked and hyper-linked for easier navigation.

Employer Contribution Forms Now Available Online:
New forms are now available for signatory production companies making contributions to the Directors Guild of America - Producer Pension and Health Plans. The forms are available in both Microsoft Excel format and Adobe Acrobat format. The appropriate form is based on the project under which the project being reported is being produced. You may report multiple projects from the same agreement on the same form.

The New DGA-PPHP Life Events Fact Sheets

Getting married.  Having a baby.  Preparing for retirement.  These are the moments in life when your benefits matter most.  With that in mind, the staff of the DGA-Producer Pension and Health Plans has developed the DGA-PPHP Life Events fact sheets to help ensure that you get all of the information that you need regarding how these events will affect your benefits as well as what action, if any, you need to take.
