Roger Goodman's unparalleled career in network television sports, news and entertainment is the power behind RG Productions. His design projects include a new environment for Bloomberg TV's nightly political program, With All Due Respect - which now also airs on MSNBC; the ground-up design and installation of a state-of–the-art studio for PwC, one of the world's largest professional services companies; and the set for MSG's nightly music news program, Fuse News. As a veteran of Disney/ABC, Roger Goodman is known industry-wide for his innovation, invention and spectacular productions. He has directed thousands of hours of television for some of the most historic events of our time. His resume includes: 9 Olympic games, 4 Super Bowl halftime shows, 12 Indianapolis 500s, 8 Kentucky Derbies, 10 New York City Marathons, and red carpet shows for the Primetime Emmys and Academy Awards. He directed the acclaimed 81st Annual Academy Awards telecast earning him both Emmy and DGA nominations for achievement in directing. He was responsible for the overall look and design of all of ABC News. He led the development of ABC's efforts in interactive, enhanced television, virtual-reality production and other integrated new media projects. He was responsible for the creative design and direction of ABC's political coverage beginning in 1980 through the first inauguration of President Obama, for which he and his team won an Emmy for outstanding live coverage. It was Mr. Goodman's vision that led the transformation of the building where once stood The National Theater and Beefsteak Charlie's restaurant into ABC's Times Square Studios -- the home of Good Morning America. Roger was charged with a groundbreaking task three and a half years in the making. He directed ABC 2000 for an unprecedented 24 consecutive hours, using over 400 cameras, 32 satellites, 4 control rooms and a staff of 1,000 technicians. The program was viewed live in 60 countries by an audience of 175 million.
