Marco Ciglia is a world class European based 1stAD that has been working in Features and HETV senior management for over 25 years. He brings vast knowledge and experience to any project he undertakes.
Marco excels at scheduling with an incredible breadth of oversight, attention to detail, and a level of meticulous planning that is hard to match. On set Marco likes to engender a strong work ethic, by promoting a culture of professionalism and a positive motivational working environment to allow the cast and crew to flourish.
While he runs a very tight ship, he insists on running it with a smile! Friendly and light hearted, while maintaining a highly disciplined systematic approach, laser focused on the work in hand. He is totally unflappable under pressure, staying calm and positive regardless of the situation.
Extensively trained in applicable health & safety both in the UK and USA, Marco is widely recognised as having a highly proactive approach to work place H&S, making it an integral part of his production skill set.
He is a dual National, British & Italian, holding both passports. He has bases in London, Prague and Milan
