Greg Beeman was presented the 2000 DGA Award for Outstanding Directorial Achievement in Children’s Programs during the 53rd Annual DGA Awards Dinner on Saturday, March 10, 2001 at the Century Plaza Hotel in Los Angeles.
Beeman won for the The Disney Channel show "Miracle in Lane 2".
