2009 DGA Documentary Award-nominated director Sacha Gervasi (Anvil! The True Story of Anvil) crosses the transom into fictionalized biopics in his new feature Hitchcock. The film recounts the struggles of iconic director Alfred Hitchcock (Anthony Hopkins) to bring his seminal horror movie Psycho to the silver screen with the assistance of his wife Alma Reville (Helen Mirren). Gervasi entertained the DGA audiences with behind-the-scenes tales about the making of the film in a conversation moderated by director Gore Verbinski (The Lone Ranger) following the November 25 DGA screening in Los Angeles.
