Welcome to the DGA Awards


The DGA honors outstanding directorial achievement in feature film, documentary, and television every year at the annual DGA Awards celebration. The DGA also recognizes contributions by individuals and organizations to our nation's culture in support of filmmaking and television with DGA Honors, and recognizes young filmmakers through the DGA Student Awards.

64th Annual DGA Awards

The 64th Annual DGA Awards Dinner will took place on Saturday, January 28, 2012. Nominees, celebrity presenters, DGA Members, industry VIPs and guests gathered at the Grand Ballroom at Hollywood and Highland in Los Angeles to celebrate the outstanding directorial achievements of 2011.

Student Film Awards

Each year the Directors Guild of America announces the winners of its annual Student Film Awards for African-American, Asian-American, Latino and women filmmakers.
